Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.

This Pinot Noir has a deep ruby colour and offers a complex aroma of dark forest fruits, wild thyme and subtle smoke. The palate has flavours of vibrant blackberries and cherries, with a glossy mouthfeel, delicate acidity and plush tannins. Pair with chargrilled meats and game dishes.

This wine has captivating aromas of violet, ripe raspberries, plums, and subtle star anise spices. It has a rich palate of dark berry fruits with a smooth and juicy plush tannin texture. An attractive, fresh and stylish Pinot Noir dominant rosé, full of Rainier cherry flavours and granite notes. Cranberry, watermelon and sea breeze aromas mingle on the nose. Elegant and well-balanced, this wine shows undertones of tamarillo, honeydew melon, oyster shell and subtle liquorish notes. The finish is clean and dry with a lick of salt.

Pale straw in colour, this Sauvignon Blanc has a complex nose of paw paw, passionfruit, pineapple and a touch of cut grass and crushed herbs. The juicy palate is packed full of tropical fruits and lime zest with a hint of sweet pea and crunchy red capsicum. Good balance and refreshing acidity complete this expressive wine. Try with fresh seafood or light, seasonal salads.

With bright crimson hues, this delicious Syrah is bursting with blue fruits, plum, violets, and spice. There's a lovely earthiness on the palate with notes of raspberry, florals and just a touch of black pepper coming through. Plush tannins and a robust mouthfeel round off the finish. Pair with braised beef and barbecued vegetables.

This Pinot Gris is full of fresh pear and vibrant spice aromas and flavours.

Our sauvignon blanc offers a refreshing tropical fruit profile with aromas of passionfruit, guava and lemongrass. Flavours on the palate mimic the bouquet with a crisp acidity and typical marlborough minerality.

Black plums and blueberries emerge on the palate. Notes of pipe tobacco and clove settle around the finish, long and lingering, like the Delta fog. Full of concentration and intensity, this wine will tease, tantalize and linger long after the last sip is gone.

The wine is a deep red, exhibiting lifted cherry, raspberry and plum characters on the nose, complexed with charry and chocolate characters and subtle dried herb notes.
