Gravel Track pays tribute to the long gravel and limestone track that winds its way through Barossa Valley Wine Company's historic 60-year-old Farms vineyard. This wine shows vibrant plum and blackberry characters on the nose with hints of chocolate and earthiness flow through to a rich, bold palate packed with dark fruit flavours. Juicy and fruit driven, powerful yet elegant and with hints of black pepper spice through the mid-palate lead to a rich, velvety tannin finish.

The soil of this appellation is composed of clay and limestone and benefits from an oceanic and temperate climate. Limited yields, hand tending, careful selection and minimal interference during the natural ripening of the grapes. The nose is rich and develops intense aromas of black fruits (plum, cherry, blackberry) with spicy notes (cinnamon, pepper). Fruity and delicious on the palate, the tannins are supple with a long finish. Ideal with red meats, dishes in sauce and cheese.

From the Loire Valley near Tours - grown on clay, limestone and sandy soils where Chenin gives its best. This 100% Chenin Blanc shows a bright pale yellow colour in the glass, with zippy aromas of poached pear and preserved peach, complemented by hints of acacia blossom and honey. Bay and Barnes leaned on our cousins across the ditch for the grapes to make this classic Australian Chardonnay. Following harvest, fruit was gently pressed before settling. Specially selected yeasts were used to start fermentation. From there the wine was delicately matured on oak and lees stirred to impart lovely toasty flavours and a creamy texture.

This Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from vineyards throughout Marlborough's Wairau Valley. A range of carefully selected aromatic and texture enhancing yeasts were used during fermentation. Parcels of wine were tasted and blended with precision to create a delicious Sauvignon Blanc which showcases classic Marlborough character.

Bijou Terre de Providence has a delicate pale pink colour. Our rosé offers delicious flavour and aromas of bright berry fruit, floral honeysuckle and citrus notes. The palate is light and fresh while full-flavoured. There is crisp refreshing acidity that leads to a long delicate finish. Perfect as an aperitif and as an accompaniment to Mediterranean cuisine such as salads and seafood, especially shellfish.

This Pinot Noir has a deep ruby colour and offers a complex aroma of dark forest fruits, wild thyme and subtle smoke. The palate has flavours of vibrant blackberries and cherries, with a glossy mouthfeel, delicate acidity and plush tannins. Pair with chargrilled meats and game dishes.
