The Bannockburn Pinot Noir is Carrick's flagship wine and known for its structure and ability to age well over a long period of time. It has a lovely aroma with notes of fresh blackberries, raspberry coulis and vanilla. It's complex and layered on the palate, the tannins are soft and build, alongside notes of wood smoke, leather and black pepper. It's long and powerful, with plenty of years ahead of it to gather further detail.

Full of aromas of juicy dark cherry and black plum that lead to a velvety smooth finish with flavours of dark fruit and nuances of raspberry and plum.

Very expressive fruit aroma with outstanding mature berries, forest fruit joined with delicate hints of coffee and toast coming from the barrels. From the start, it's a remarkable expression of Carmenere thanks to the typical fruit like plums, blackberries and some spicy touches. The tannins are polished and long with a medium body at the end.

The Casillero del Diablo Merlot is bright dark and deep purple. Subtle aromas of chocolate, dark plums, red berries and spices, with hints of vanilla and smoke. Medium-bodied, with lovely tannins, velvety texture, rich and a long, pretty finish.

Crafted in Spain's Campo de Borja region, Castillo de Fuendejalón Crianza is a harmonious blend of Garnacha and Tempranillo sourced from mature vineyards over 30 and 20 years old respectively. Deep cherry-red with garnet highlights, it opens with inviting aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle spice. The palate is dry, smooth and beautifully balanced, delivering rich fruit flavours, a silky texture and a long, lingering finish that reflects the character and heritage of these carefully selected old vines.

Intense aromas of blackcurrant and blackberry, accompanied by spicy hints of vanilla and clove. The palate is round, with soft tannins and nice acidity. Black fruits dominate, with a subtle hint of liquorice on the finish. The wine is balanced and easy to drink.

Crafted from premium fruit grown in Hawke's Bay's renowned Bridge Pa Triangle and Gimblett Gravels districts, Church Road Merlot Cabernet Blend showcases the harmony of classic Bordeaux varieties. Fragrant and elegantly structured, it reveals layers of dark berry, cherry and plum, complemented by subtle notes of spice, violet, cedar and rosewood. A medium-bodied palate builds to a long, satisfying finish, delivering a wine of power, finesse and exceptional drinkability.

Dark and deep red. It has a classic Peumo Carménère profile of intense dark plums, black currants, and dark chocolate. It is modern in tannins which are soft and finely ground. The wine shows firm tannic structure, with a crisp bite of acidity.
