Winemaker Richard Mattner - a born-and-bred Barossa local - loves making Pepperjack wines as much as he loves drinking them, especially alongside a great steak. As he says: "Why would I need anything else?" Deep dark red with a vibrant purple rim, the nose bursts with rich aromas of blackberry, blueberry, dark chocolate, mocha, and spice. The palate is plush and layered, delivering concentrated dark fruits, fine tannins, and a soft, lingering finish. Pepperjack Shiraz is a true Barossa classic.

Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut is a melting pot of aromas and flavours - a wonderfully rounded, generous champagne whose joie de vivre makes every moment more special. A silvery gold colour, Grand Brut is a refined and balanced cuvée revealing the floral nuances of Chardonnay.
