The perfect partnership of Oloroso sherry seasoned American and European oak casks creates the distinctive, warm character of this harmonious single malt. Our skilled whisky making team optimise the right mix of European and American sherry seasoned oak casks to allow the delicate and indulgent flavours of American oak to take centre stage while the more traditional Macallan characteristics of rich fruits, sherry and wood spice provide a reassuringly familiar backdrop.

The Macallan Sherry Oak 12 Years Old forms part of the Sherry Oak range which features a series of single malt whiskies matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez for richness and complexity. A matured character, the 12 Years Old delivers rich wood spice and dried fruits and a natural rich gold colour.

Malt Master Dr Craig Wilson hand selected whisky from three different cask types - refill, Pedro Ximenez Oloroso seasoned and first fill ex-bourbon - until he found just the right recipe for this effortlessly delightful dram. It's full on fragrant fresh fruit, rich honey and mellow vanilla, followed by juicy pear, sweet spice and the tingling warmth of white pepper. The silky-smooth Single Malt is made to be enjoyed.

This limited release is triple distilled in traditional copper pot stills and made from the FINEST IRISH BARLEY. The first new release to come from the TEELING WHISKEY DISTILLERY, the first new distillery in DUBLIN in over 125 YEARS. The Spirit of Dublin is bottled straight from the still with no maturation producing a wonderfully smooth spirit. The Spirit of Dublin Poitín lends itself to be consumed in a variety of ways, neat, with water, with mixers and as a component of cocktails.

Two types of cask are used for the maturation of this blended whisky: European oak which formerly held New Zealand red wine, and American white oak used exclusively for whisky. Sea air, caramelised fruits, red berries, apricot, spice.

TINCUP is a classic American Whiskey. It has a bourbon style profile with a bold and spicy finish. Its signature flavour is from balancing the spice and pepper flavour of rye with the sweet and smooth taste of corn and malt. It's made using Midwestern grains, aged in new American white oak barrels and is cut with Rocky Mountain water.
