An ongoing series of occasional one off releases inspired by the nice ideas captured in Parrotdog's Lyall Bay Brewery.

If the sky is clear and cool, and you're very lucky, you might witness a sundog: apparitions that accompany the true sun, an atmospheric trick of light and ice. Parrotdog's own Sundog, a pilsner starring the vivid passionfruit and white wine notes of New Zealand hops, is much easier to find, but just as crisp and bright.

A good watchdog is the perfect companion, a relaxed and friendly presence but always alert and attentive. Its a rare mix of traits but Parrotdog's brewers have taught a similar trick to this watchdog, a refreshingly non-alcoholic IPA, with a pale malt backbone and lively hop flavours of citrus and stonefruit, but no bite.

Bright and lively like a parrot, but small and ubiquitous like a sparrow, the Yellowhammer adds a flash of colour and a musical chirp to open spaces all over the country.
