Montezuma Tequila is an affordable, entry-level "mixto" tequila produced in Jalisco, Mexico. Known as a popular "well" liquor, both the Gold and Silver (White) expressions feature sweet vanilla and roasted agave notes. Despite a harsh bite when sipped neat, it is heavily relied on as a budget-friendly foundation for margaritas.
