Each year the brewing team at Coopers sets out to create a bespoke extra strong Ale. This release is characterised by the hop selection which imparts its unique aroma and taste. This distinctive & complex brew is perfect to drink now, or if stored under cellar conditions, can be savoured later as the malty characters come to the fore.
